It's a small world after all...

In Orlando.

We went this past week to Orlando, FL. It was a family vacay with my mom-in-law and ManEater. We went to Universal, Island Adventures and (D & S went to) Wet N Wild. We had the opportunity to return on Friday to any of those parks, but Harry Potter opened on Friday. It was a 2 1/2 hour wait just to get into either park, and then a 6 1/2 hour wait to get into Harry Potter (which we could really care less about). Although, the Harry Potter "land" looks really cool (even though they closed Dueling Dragons roller coaster because of it). Agh...Harry Potter!

Anyway.

There are so many different cultures represented at these parks, and the Disney parks as well. We met people from South Africa, Colombia, Brazil, and we saw many other people from many other countries. If you want to give your children a lesson in different cultures, you don't have to go any further than Orlando.

Trivia: Can anyone tell me what EPCOT stands for (without looking it up)? I can tell you that it does NOT stand for "every person (on) their own cot".
