Now this little boy is our other neighbor's grandson. His Mom is part Bolivian, part Colombian. His Dad is Mexican. He ate dinner at our house one night when I had made American tacos. He didn't like them. Get this...he said they were too spicy for him. Ha ha ha ha! A Mexican thought my tacos were too spicy, and they barely were.
No play date is complete without Star Wars.
My most favorite tacos in the world. In order, it is a hard-shell, small tortilla with cheese cooked on it. Next is pork with Antonio's own seasoning, then beans, red sauce (which is insanely hot and must be consumed in very small doses), green sauce (a lime sauce), and mustard. Others like lettuce, cilantro, onions, or ketchup. This is a taco a la Valarie, care of Antonio.
