I think it is a true reflection of his personality. He loves it. It's not major. When it's not spiked you can barely tell that he has it. It almost looks like a fohawk (did I spell that right?). Since when did my son get old enough to start asking for a specific kind of haircut? He did and there it is. We love it!

I love doing Cayden's hair like that too when it's long enough. I always wanted to use blue hair gel to spike it and give it "attitude".

My oldest spiked his hair for awhile when he was 11. I loved it. Like you, I thought it fit his personality.
