Thank you very much for the prayers! I am feeling better and the dizzy spells have decreased. I'm still a little light-headed, so it's just a reason to rest more often :-). Dr. Lopez came over yesterday and, of course, Derrick had to give me another shot. Shots are good because they work faster and stronger. Dr. Lopez doesn't want me too medicated as I'm approaching labor, so I guess a shot was best.
Speaking of, I have been minorly contracting. Nothing major. They are very short contractions and they are a little sporadic. But I never had early contractions with my first 2 kids. I don't really know what to make of it, but I'm not really concerned at this point.
I have sad news...we have to get rid of Chila the dog. She is a very high-maintenance dog and we really don't have the time. The straw that broke the camels back was that she started chewing on the house that we are renting. If we owned the house, it might be one thing. But we are renters and we can't afford to fix it all up. Our vet is very against places that put dogs to sleep if they aren't adopted "in time". I was very happy to hear that. He recommended a place that we can take Chila that will keep her until she gets adopted and they WILL NOT put her to sleep. It's actually an organization that he's a part of to keep animals from being put to sleep. So that is probably where we will take her. The kids are sad and yet they understand. Shiloh is happy, though, that he doesn't have to clean up poop anymore :-). I'm not sure if we'll get another dog anytime soon. After all, it is kind of hard because we go to the States atleast once a year and would have to either take the animal with us or try to leave it here. Anyway, that's our saga.
God has been really helping me out lately with the weather! I have been praying for rain...in the middle of dry season :-). For the past 2 nights we have had storms come through/around us, which is very unusual for this time of year. We didn't get much rain, but it has cooled things off considerably. Usually the temp is about 95 degrees. Yesterday, it was 80 degrees and very breezy! It is such a blessing and it's so refreshing. Thank you Jesus for Your refreshing breeze from heaven!

Aww I am sorry about the dog, but I do understand the chewing thing. You might be having those braxton hicks contractions.
I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better! Whew!
Too bad on the dog. But sounds like the right decision!
Hang in there, friend! You are about to cross the finish line on this pregnancy!
I had crazy Braxton Hicks with Adelle. So much so that they would sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night.
They are kicking in more and more these days with Evangeline... tick tock. :) Wouldn't it be great if our kids were born on the same day???
