Thank God for Facebook...

I love Facebook for many reasons. Many of the blogs that I read I only found out about because of Facebook. And most of those are high school friends.

There is a friend that I have been searching for FOR-EV-ER! I knew that she had gotten married but I didn't know her last name. So I would just randomly search using her maiden name with the hopes that I would find her. Well, SHE FOUND ME!

My dear friend Kristina has been MIA for the past 8 years of my life. Now we have reconnected and I am so thrilled. My other friend pictured, Amy, and I had somewhat been in touch because of a very random connection that is too long to explain. I knew where Amy was and pretty much what she was up to in her life. We are all reconnected now and I'm lovin' it.

Let it be known that I met Kristina at RSBC and we went to Campus Crusade together. Shortly after that I got into an ungodly relationship with a guy. I had stopped attending church and Campus Crusade. The entire time Kristina kept reaching out to me. She never gave up on me. And her perseverance worked. One day I finally said, "Yes, I'll come back to church." Through her I met Amy and thus began a wonderful friendship.




This is me, Kristina and Amy at a friend's house. We were watching the Tyson/Holyfield fight where Tyson bit off Holyfield's ear. This is one of my all-time favorite pictures and memories.



I'm not for sure where we were going in this picture. Most likely a concert of some small, alternative, Christian band.

I've done a lot of reminiscing this past weekend. Many pictures have popped up on Facebook from Heather, Kristina, and Amy (not the Amy pictured). I truly treasure these friendships that have picked up right where they left off.
