Storms here are so beautiful! Because we are at a higher altitude, the storms seem way closer to you than when we endured storms in the States. These are some pictures that Derrick took from our roof. Another crazy thing about storms here is that they don't always appear as they seem. This storm was very close to us, but turned at the last minute and we didn't get any rain from it. That happens pretty often here. I just tell my husband that if he wants it to rain then he needs to get the car washed. It never fails that when he gets the car washed, it rains that night :-).

i loved "bee movie"! i was surprised at how much i liked it... i have yet to see high school musical...i feel so out of it b/c all of my students like it too...but i just don't care enough to sit and watch it... :/ d took some great pictures of the "storm"...
