Update...

Things are going well. Surprisingly I am pretty well rested. He's doing pretty well at night. He's a great eater, which is quite painful for me. My Mom is here right now to help out. My in-laws were here until Wednesday to help out. It's very nice having help, especially during these slow moving days of healing.

When I returned from the hospital on Monday, I returned to a house of noise & destruction. We had a leak coming from our son's bathroom, leaking onto the carport. The plumbers had to chisel away all of the tile & a lot of concrete to get to the leak. Can we say "BIG MESS"? Everything is fixed now and we are happy.

Well it's Friday and my beloved Erika is here! We really needed her to clean up the aftermath of the leak. We tried to sweep and get up as much concrete dust as we could, but it was very difficult to get it all. If anybody can get it all, it's Erika :-).

OK...going to go now. I'm sure my kid will need to eat here shortly.
