Silly Americans...

Last year the United States decided to implement daylight savings time a month earlier than the rest of the world. It was on the calendar for April, but went into action in March. This year, it was ON THE CALENDAR in March, so we assumed that Mexico was going along with it. We set all our clocks ahead and went on with life. We spent all day yesterday on daylight savings time. It didn't matter that much because we didn't go anywhere.

Last night we realized that our satellite feed had not changed the time. I googled it, and sure enough, Mexico does not change time until April 6th. So we had to change our clocks back to normal time and gain that hour back, only to lose it again on April 6th.

Please note...all you people in Georgia are now 2 hours ahead of us until April, when we return to the normal 1 hour time difference.

On a sad note, Chuck & Becky are leaving in the morning. It is sad for a couple of reasons. 1) We love having them here and 2) it reminds me of how much I long to see my other family & friends in the States.

Ok so that would mean you are one hour ahead of me right? Since I am on central time.
